Everyday there should be something, even a little thing that I do for myself.

I had a carmel mocha today my very favorite.

How about you?

I stayed at school and completed my promises without backing out.

It felt good.

Great thread!! So good to do something each day and difficult to remember or do sometimes, but worth making the point of doing.

I'm off today so I did make an appointment w/ my T and am actually am getting in today. I have plans to watch a movie this afternoon which have not done in a long time. I am making popcorn, a real cherry limeade, and snuggling up on the couch with the dog. It will be a good break in the day.

I am, yesterday and today, allowing my family to support me. I also picked up a new pair of glasses and I am going to call a friend to set up a get together.

I have a difficulty doing something for myself. Mostly because I have no idea what I want. I did indulge myself with a candy bar today, something I try to steer clear of.

Today I took a picture of some flowers. Retiring to Florida, I am trying to make memories to take with me. There are some yellow flowers that are always the first ones to bloom every spring. I want to remember them.

I love this thread...

I ate dinner with my boyfriend and left the waiter a 10 dollar tip because we've had him a couple times and he's the best. I got to spend time with one of my really good friends and expressed some of the pain and joys I've recently experience/reaffirmed our relationship. I thought my T didn't like me, but he talked to me for a couple minutes before I saw my pdoc and reminded me to focus on the good. My pdoc told me that they are here to support me. That meant a lot to me. My boyfriend is patient and helps me concentrate on the positive.

Overall I would say I had a fairly good day.

Also got to talk to my PC peeps on the chat. I <3 them.
(And some others from other websites)

....also learned I need to control my urge of letting me believe someone hates me for some small reason. It's good because I finally realized it.

No SI today!

The only way I am good to myself is food..I am still torn about if it is a good thing. It does make me happier though.

Haven't done it yet, but... I've been preparing for a yardsale event. It's almost done, but I'm so burnt out on it. Will probably finish today (fingers crossed). A couple weeks ago, I got a dvd of a concert and have really wanted to watch it. Haven't yet though. Watching it will be the reward for finishing.
