Hi mybad, and welcome to PC. Sorry to hear you're having a hard time navigating things here.

To get to the social groups, first click on the "Social Groups" tab at the top of the screen. Then look through the list of groups and find one you'd like to join. Click on the group name and a window of posts will open up. If you look to the far right of the group heading, you will see in veeeerrry small letters the words "join group". Click on that and it should take you through the rest of the process.

To get to the chat room, click on "Live Chat Happening Now" at the top of your screen, if it's there. From there you will see a link to enter the chat room through.

You sound pretty frustrated right now, but keep trying. Another resource for answers to questions as they come up is the FAQ tab on top of the screen, next to the "My Profile" tab. Lots of good info there.

Stay with us for a while...you'll get the hang of it.

Peace, Dragonfly

Welcome mybad.
PC has been a great source of information and support for me. I don't use chats because of time differences but have used a number of the social groups. My fave is BP social society, its just agreat place to chill out with people with similar experiences and problems.
We might not answer straight away, but if you have questions, problems or just want to talk we are here for you
PM if you need to

Hey mybad! There is a bunch of stuff to navigate here on PC. But don't stress it. A few good places to start (and where I still spend 90% of my time)...
These places to click are all on the top area of the pages...

There is a tab called "forums" (on the second line from the top). First choice on the drop down is "index". It'll show all the different forums here to check out. (There's even one devoted totally to games!)

Another favorite is "new posts". It shows all the most recent posts from all the forums.

Dragonfly2 covered the social groups thing.

I rarely do chat (I lose track of time and days too much ). Also, it's a very different pace and depth than threads and responses(!) It can be very fast paced!

attentionThis is an old thread. You probably should not post your reply to it, as the original poster is unlikely to see it.
