I am so depressed today and feel so helpless. I have been sui.... but have no access to my medicines anymore. I can't see the light at the end of the tunnel anymore. I am trying to cope and get my spirits up but it seems so useless. Have been taking my medicine like I am supposed to. Hoping something gives soon and I can feel better.

Take it one day at a time. I always do that with my anxiety. Sometimes my anxiety has got so bad I literally want to just die. I know though that when I wake up and the anxiety is off my mind things will get better, and it will for you too. Just keep taking it one day at a time this will pass and tomorrow is always a brighter day.
Thanks for this!

Thanks for the support. Today I just feel blah. I have slept most of the day away and have accomplished nothing. I havent left the house or talked to anyone. I know isolating is not good but I dont feel like being around anyone today. Taking it one day at a time.

Isolating a day or so at a time is not necessarily a bad thing...when it stretches into weeks, that's a different story. Be vigilant, jack

I have a plan to get up tomorrow and start walking and watching what I eat. Gained so much weight since I started on zyprexa. We just increased the dose on my celexa but I can't tell that it is helping. Hopefully this next week will be better for me.

jack123,

My pdoc always stresses the importance of getting and doing something. I know for myself excercise is a great way to relieve my depression and stress for that matter. Give it a try.
Thanks for this!

Your tone sounds more hopeful...have you ever used a daily planner? If so, try to schedule some of these things into your tasks/calendar. They say and I agree...if you have it written down you are more likely to do it!

Thanks to everyone for the wisdom and support. I feel a little better this afternoon. I have kept myself busy today. Tomorrow I start orientation for a part time job. Hope for the best each day.
