i'm the same way - I'd rather go out once and do everything...try to plan my day for that.
The only time that I won't do everything in one trip is when i go to the gym - I hate going anywhere when I'm sweaty.

I'm not agorphobic; although, I prefer to do all my stuff in one trip. Once I'm home, I'm in for the rest of the day.

I spend more time in the shower each week, than I do outside of the house.

I've only had one psych appointment in the last 4 years, and 2 or 3 in the 2 years prior to that. Never had therapy. I've basically had an open ended prescription on my meds from my GP. I think I've let things get out of control.

I have a psych appointment next week and I'm finally able to admit I have some issues.

Sorry if it's too much information, but I kinda needed to type it out.

Wow furious I cant imagine dealing with all of this esp in my times of crisis withouit professional help, I have had numerous counselors, psychiatrists, hospitializations and dialectical behavioral therapy which was tremendously helpful. at thirty nine I am for the first time not in regular counseling just on meds due mainly to no insurance and I NO Longer think counseling is necessary. Hang in there. Hugs.
Thanks for this!

I'm finally going to give it an honest go with the psychiatrist, and hopefully a therapist. It's been a rough haul, and doesn't need to be that way anymore. The appointment is next week and I am anxious to get started.
