If you are not getting enough sleep, you may want to record your late night shows. I seem to do best if I have regular times of going to bed and waking up. An occasional late night or slow morning is nice. It seems to be for me that 7-8 hours of sleep is good. Usually anything less the 5-6 I watch for signs of being up...and more then 9-10 hours watch for signs of being down.

So check your sleep schedule against how you are feeling...see if you can find a trend...then try to stay with your ideal.

I am at the moment stayign up way too late.... 4-7am and sleeping till 4pm. This is my mania kicking in and I am suffering. I refuse to take my sleeping tabs till I feel tired and they usually hit me after an hour. I would keep a sleep diary... I do and will prob get into trouble when I see Psych soon oooops lol Sleep diary is handy for you to see your own moods too
