its not like eating out of boredom or as comfort food altho I do find it comforting, my stomach will growl and almost hurt an hour after I eat a normal lunch.

Exorcise will always raise your metabolism and make you want to eat more...your good mood could probably make you want to try new and exciting things. I went through that for the past couple of months after going to Hawaii. Everything there tastes so wonderful!!! Awesome food!! I kept it up when I can home and didn't exercise though...oooops.
Thanks for this!

Actually ... eating every 2-3 hours speeds up your metabolism and helps you lose weight. It's what most nutritionists recommend ... Enjoy it!! It's a healthy thing.

Good answers by Forgive and Scooterbug.

As long as you are happy and you don't have any weight issues or ED it sounds good.

I'm hungry a lot too, an hour after eating.
