One of my posts was "moved" and one was "removed" i am truly annoyed & might be quitting this site.

I can understand that might be frustrating and upsetting. Just a thought...as of now you have 131 posts in about a month...from what you are saying 1 of these was moved and 1 was deleted. Is it really necessary to leave over less than 1% of your posts being moved to better fit the subject and less than 1% of your posts being deleted?
Hopefully after the intensity of this settles, you will be able to see that its not you they are removing or judging.
