I can't find the right words to express how I'm feeling at the moment. I can only say that I feel detached and terribly lonely. I take my meds and they work, but I can't help feeling as if something isn't right

You've made the right first step - realising what it is that you are feeling and then reaching out.
I'm not sure if it is more of a BPD trait, but I sure go through these feelings too. Being able to post on PC helps me. And as much as possible keep busy; preferably get out the house and distract yourself in some way.
You sound like you need a BIG hug

Support and Hugs to you.<33333
I'm rooting for you, Warrioress.
(Sorry, I don't have anything to really contribute about the loneliness)

I to find myself feeling detached and isolated. I enjoy posting on PC as it takes my mind off my issues when I talk to other people who are going through the same thing. I also try to get out and take a walk or garden, basically get some physical excercise. I find this helps with the ups and downs of my moods.

i know exactly how u feel but i call it numb. somedays i take these meds and they just like take me away from any emotion at all i thought they were suppose to stablize me not numb. so i know how u feel. my only thing is that thankfully is does not happen every day. i hope that is the way it is for u. some times we just have to rool thru it and hope we come around i guess or talk to our pdoc about meds.

take care

i too like many suffer the agony of loneliness amidst the throngs of others. there are many people around yet i cannot rid myself of the feelings of isolation either. i am sorry to hear you are going through these feelings and hope you can gather yourself enough to go out and free yourself from this horrible affliction. good luck
