Hi all.

I saw my new CPN today and she thinks I need to change meds, which is a scary prospect for me right now. My moods are all over the place and I am rarely 'in the middle'. Just up, down or mixed. I need to tow the line and I am in so much need of a break from my emotional highs and lows. I am being triggered by alsorts.....mostly regarding my unethical, now ex, T....which I have posted on the appropriate board so wont go into that on here.

I am soooo tired and fed up. I hate being this way and so wish for stability....or even just for a month or 2.....BP is draining me on top of the situation I find myself in. I just need loads of right now from ppl who understand.

Hey Allme,

Do you have a T at the moment? If so can you not talk to her/him? Have you weighed up the pro's and con's of changing your meds? Does your CPN know what meds you might go on?
Thanks for this!

It's extremely draining at times, lest alone when it's compounded with other situations. I wish you luck in getting this sorted quickly with your CPN. I didn't read your other post yet, but in any case sounds like you do need extra hugs.

Thanks for this!

Hey allme! I totally get what you're going through. Changing meds is always scary, but remember that if you're feeling bad, it can really only get better! Hope everything improves with your new meds! *hugs*

thanks

no, I dont know what they are going to give me yet. My CPN is going to make an appointment for me to see my pdoc. Really anxious about it to be honest.... a part of me doesnt want to change....I fear that whatever they give me next may make me worse and I cant afford for that to happen
