First step is to tell your pdoc and/or T. Then inform a close friend that can keep an eye on you. It does sound like your meds aren't playing their part.
Is it crippling, or just difficult? I'd suggest you have a serious chat with your pdoc to change meds. 3 times in 45 days is hectic. You cannot go on like that. Even if it means being in hospital for a few days to do a major med overhaul.
Please keep safe

I have been playing things in my head and I dont think I have had 3 diferent manic episodes I think I have been manic for a month and a half straight. Because I quit taking meds for a month and just started taking them again a couple weeks ago. Anyone have any insight to what I am thinking?

That could be true. It could be that you're still having break through manic episodes, and it isn't under control. It's good that you can think it through. I usually cannot. I'm always lost in what I'm feeling. I was manic after having my triplets for a year...then depression still for three. It is very possible in my opinion, but I'm not a doctor.
