I used to get paralized anxious. But since I've been living in my new home, it manifests in different ways. I was throwing up, and gagging unintentionaly....the past few days, I've had tingles in different parts of my body. Today, it has been my feet and hands. It's kinda funny at first, but now I just want to go grab something hot with my hands to make it stop. I suppose I should just go grab ice cubes and hold them as long as I can....I'm just kinda irritated at this point.

That sounds really difficult and sucky.

Ya...gotta go hold ice, and breathe. My husband just irritated the crap out of me. He makes me feel bad about myself when he sees me sleep, or the house is a little messy, and he starts asking me what's wrong, and tells me he's worried about me. He's a control freak, and makes me feel ill when there isn't anything wrong. That's not the BP talking that's the God's honest truth.

I'm glad your bipolar is under control.
![]() ![]() Even if it's not related to your bipolar, you should see someone about your anxiety. There is no reason why you should have to live like that, and it could be a symptom of an undiagnosed, manageable health condition. Get thee to your primary care doc! And have a nice day. ![]() |

When I am anxious, sometimes I hyperventilate and it causes tingling in my hands and feet.

Ya...they are doing it again. It's like I have anxiety in my hands and feet, instead of my chest, and stomach...freaking annoying...
