evernight before bed I have to make sure all the doors are locked. I have this biggest feel that someone will come in and murder my hole family. I think thats part of the reason I hate to sleep. I ahve had this fear for year and no one to tell it to till now. Thanks for listening.

That must be terrible for you. I can be like that sometimes, but not all the the time. Can you think of anything that started making you feel worried about this? Is there anyone you could talk to about this, pdoc, or a therapist or even a family doctor?

I have talked to my husband about it but I feel he just blows it off like I am a worry wart. It really does bother me and I dont know how to get it out of my head it goes as far as me having very vivid dreams about what would happen.

I used to worry about things like that, too, especially since my husband works second shift and isn't home until after midnight. So what did we do? Put in an alarm system. Yes, the initial expense can be an issue, but my peace of mind is priceless.
