I'm getting a little mixed up with terms and experiences on here. Can people clarify or maybe add to a glossary or something?

I'm assuming pdoc means psychiatrist? and therapist is T? Any other abbreviations you guys use that would be useful to spell out?

It would be nice to have a glossary of acronyms.
When I was new to the site I used BPD for bipolar disorder. I didn't know then that it meant borderline personality disorder, and that bipolar disorder is just BP.

What about EMT for Emergency Medical Technician (on the ambulance)
ER emergency room
PW for psych ward?
The first time I was hospitalized, I walked to the hospital (couldn't afford an ambulance), walked into ER and checked myself into the psych ward.
