OMG!! I do the same...I had to get a pill case with the days of the week. I can take them, walk out of the room and then go to take them "again" and see that I already took them...but I have no memory of doing so!
But YES...I always take them!!! I forgot my cymbalta one day and thought I was going to go on a shootting spree so I do everything I can to remember to take them EVERY DAY!!!

I took my morning meds, my 1pm and 4pm meds so now I just have to take my 8pm and 9:30pm meds. I also have to have them in a pill container because I take so many meds at many different times and then tomorrow I have to start taking my new med in the morning and night time now so I hope i remember.
