We had my sons birthday party today. Normally when we have birthday parties I crumble from stress and anxiety into a puddle on the floor.

Today I actually managed to finish his crazy elaborate cake, clean the house and patio, managed all the food, and kept the kids busy. I kept it together the whole time before during and after. I didn't get anxious or stressed at all. This is a huge feat for me right now considering where I have been with my mood for the last few months. And I just needed to gloat a lil I haven't felt proud of myself for a long time.

I just can't believe how much better I feel than just a few short days ago. Wow what a difference that little increase made. Now to just find a better med than zyprexa, I fear the weight gain is going to make it impossible for me to comply and the anorexia is creeping it's way back to the top. A med change will help hopefully.
Thanks for this!

Well done! Dont you just love the good days!

As far as the new meds and your anorexia goes....take that one day at a time and be sure to come here on a regular basis when needed.

Wishing you all the best!
