Drinking 3 energy drinks isn't going to help your position. If you know you are manic, or having a mixed episode it is best to see your pdoc right away to get meds adjusted. Try not to do anything destructive and be sure to tell your husband if you feel like you may harm yourself. (If you can and the impulse doesn't get your first)

Stay safe! (hugs)

I second confusedinomicon. Take a step back, tell your hubby what's really going on in your head, & keep a crisis number handy. If you know you're out of control, you have the power to stop it. Direct your impulsive energy to stopping yourself & doing something about your situation before you seriously do harm to yourself.

Being in dysphoric mania that you are in, it is very difficult to be nice, I know.

The agitation and irrtability really gets a hold of you and you can't stop it.

Whenever I get that way, I call my pdoc because I do not want to destroy my relationships.

Drinking energy drinks is not going to help you one bit. You have to stay away from them and also caffeine when you get like this.
