My house right now is messy. I have no motivation to do the dishes, clean the bathrooms, etc. I do however, like a clean and organized house -- I just can't keep up with it when I get depressed.
Thanks for this!

My bedroom is a disaster. It is what it is. And what I am, no doubt. The other bedroom is okay. The office is stack after stack of past jobs that I just haven't cleared out yet. The kitchen & both baths are clean but disorganized: nothing put away, drawers & cabinets half-full, every surface completely packed. The living room is passable. The middle room/safe room/music room is perfect. I do not permit myself to bring anything into it except a drink or a heat pack. It is my refuge. I keep it clean & uncluttered without effort. I have no idea how that happens.

Mine is clean at the moment. I have 2 young boys, so its hard to keep it that way. My husband just cleaned the carpets, so I'm vacuuming everyday. Some people say I'm weird, but I'm trying very hard to keep the house clean! It's sad though because I find myself straightening non-stop to keep it this way.

Um, well, I'm staying with my sister and my sister has a maid. Haven't had any messes since March!

I will have to keep up with things though when I get my new apartment.

My room needs a "hard hat to enter" sign. lol That's what happens when you move into a room that was already being lived in and had no where to put your stuff. And I have my daughter in there too. The living room looks like a school/office tornado struck. One of these days it will be somewhat clean.

I live in a one bedroom apartment and it looks fairly tidy. i have a table nest to my chair that is cluttered. and at the foot of my bed is cluttered with a chair and suitcase and blankets that i have no space to put anywhere else. my walkin closet is a disaster. there is a dresser in there that i pile clothes on that i am too lazy to hang up. i finally do it when the pile gets too high maybe once every two months. i clean my toilet about every two weeks as well as my bathroom sink. i have lived in my apt since jan and i have only vaccuumed it three times. i am afraid of the vaccuum as i tend to have them blow up on me. i have only mopped my kitchen twice. i live alone without animals and dont really make a mess. i have never dusted. i did just clean the tv screen this week.

My house is not very clean. Need to organize and clean. Motivated because haven't seen brother in years and he seems to have ocd or be an Aspie more like it so I'm motivated to clean bit by bit. Not in good physical shape so I can't overdo all at once.

I usually love cleaning, but it's really hard to get the motivation between being in-and-out of depression & the fact that 99% of the things in the house aren't mine, so I kind of feel overwhelmed if I even try to sort things that aren't mine. I'l get the urge to organize everything, but have no idea where to start, & just get frustrated & get a panick attack. I normally keep a really clean place & at least recently I was able to clean my bedroom to put the new air mattress in & reorganize things.

My apartment is somewhat clean. I have a little dusting to do, some vacumning, one bathroom, and a little bit of spot cleaning here and there. The last couple weeks I haven't had the energy to clean since my meds got adjusted and drowsiness was a side effects. I think i figured out how to counter that side effect and have gotten my energy back the last couple days and am working on catching up on my cleaning.

My house is organized and fairly presentable. Although it needs a serious dusting and a good "spring" cleaning. Lack of motivation has played a big part in this. I used to keep the house immaculate, not anymore .
