For the last 4 days, I have been depressed and anxious at the same time. It's like my body is playing tug of war with itself. I don't know what to do with myself. I can't concentrate long enough to complete any projects, so I just give up on them. So today I wake up from a long night of restless sleep with a headache, and I am just so grouchy. Any advice on how to get through the day?

Try to get some quiet time for yourself. Sometimes when I feel grouchy, being on my own and doing positive affirmations helps. My T taught me this one: "Thank you for everything, I have no complaints whatsoever." I am practicing that and I trust him that it will work when I need it.

Be gentle with yourself and make sure you are hydrated. Being dehydrated can contribute to headaches.
Thanks for this!

Sorry that you are feeling bad.
Firstly I would take a headache tablet, then I'm in favor of lists to get through bad days. Write down what needs to be done and some things you want to do and break them down in to manageable chunks.
Maybe spend some time relaxing outside or someplace that makes you feel happy.
