I would have to say that my dog keeps me going everyday. Also, knowing that everything passes, keeps me going.

I have learned from many years with having BP Disorder that everything passes in time so I stick around because I know this and things do get better.

Also, knowing that I have to get up and take care of my dog keeps me going everyday. She needs me no matter what to feed her, let her outside and walk her. She depends on me so it helps keep me going every single day.

My kids. I have to be there for them even when I am a lump in a sweatshirt. They need me to take care of them and teach them how to grow into good, kind men.
Thanks for this!

Three things that keep me going everyday are: my family, son (dog) and GF. The support from them keeps me from negative thinking and thoughts.
Thanks for this!

Family, friends, and the future. Even in the darkest of times, I try to remember that pain is not forever. Hope is always there, even when you can't feel it.

My family and friends are what keep me here. Without them, I would not be here.
