My husband reads alot about BP he has every since we got together. And I just learned something from him last night. That most (not all) of my episodes are mixed.. I always have so much energy but never feel like doeing anything but sitting in front of the computer just staring at it. Im not depressed but Im not full blown manic either except for the no sleep part. I am going to bring it up to Pdoc but I believe my husband is right. He always keeps track of my moods for me so I know whats going on,
Thanks for this!

I do feel for you. I have had mixed episodes episodes and I know how you feel. I can relate to the computer, I was like that for arond 12 months a few years ago. I had no incentive to do anything else. It's not healthy though, try to find another stimuli to give yourself a break from the computer.

Good luck with the doc.

I feel for you too, mixed episodes are my worst, and most frequent. I get to agitated that I pace for 16 17 hours at a time. I am really happy that your husband is trying to help you. Good idea to talk about this with your Pdoc. Certain meds do not work as well for mixed mood as others. Good luck, let us know how things are going.
