So i had a meeting with both of my care workers today (dont ask me why i have two) we met for a drink in a pub, somewhere i havent been for a little while now, and at first i was physically shaking which isnt a problem i usually have.
All i've been doing for a while now is staying at home or being at work, anything else i cant handle.
We talked about a lot of things, me and Tracy (my 2nd careworker who i have only met a few times) are going to the cinema on Monday, just to get out and do something nice, and i am definitely going to EMDR on tuesday and they're going to get me another appt with my Pdoc soon to review meds and things.
It was nice getting it all out and sitting and talking to them.
Sharon also talked about the fact that i seem to only have a normal mood, depression or a mixed state, i rarely have good hypomania or mania.
A bad mixed episode is the most common one i go through.
I was in hypomania from April to July, but we've come to the conclusion that that is just my natural state.
