Mine would have to be that I always learn from my mistakes.

Also, living with BP Disorder, and realizing that I have survived it for so long, makes me a very strong person.

Living through the deaths of my parents, 3 dogs and some friends made me stronger.

I can overcome anything.

I agree that I've made it through some really tough times with bipolar. Some confusing times with reality. Seem to be able to eventually tell myself to call for help.

I am also a good listening ear for friends.
Thanks for this!

My biggest strength has to be compassion. In the worst of what we see in the news I try to put myself in other peoples shoes and imagine what they must be thinking. I have hope that compassion will grow and the world can come to peace.
Thanks for this!

I think I am a good listener... always the Agony Aunt in the group even now lol

I know deep down I can survive life

I am good at making people smile (see told you so)

I am good at helping friends if they need me

I am good at remembering information- mostly useless information ie dates, names, birthdays etc

Think that's all
Thanks for this!

I am a survivor of many things, I guess that is a strength or builds strength. Compassion, empathy, and I have a gift with my hands , not that I can turn water into wine but you never know

When I love people I really love them, and act on it.

I am people's person, I will find time for the person that needs help. My best moment in recent months was helping my neighbour keep her house after facing eviction from her landlord. Other good points is that I am family oriented and my dogs are my life.

I'm a devoted friend who puts no conditions on friendship, and I never give up on something as long as my belief holds firm.

I am a good listener. Very devoted to my friends & family. If asked my opinion I'm not afraid to say it, but won't hurt their feelings.

I am persistent. Even when I appear to be giving up on something, I'm really just taking a break. Provided, of course, that we are talking about something substantial (a goal aligned with my highest values) and not one of the 1,000 stupid projects I've embarked on and then abandoned.

I am academically talented.

I put others' needs and desires before my own.

I am calm in stressful situations. I attribute that to seeing the worst of the worst as a paramedic. One of the best complications I ever received was when a fellow RN said she always liked working with me because no matter how bad and crazy the unit got I was calm and focused.

A strong work ethic and determination. I willing and determined to stay out of the hospital and to continually learn to manage my condition in bigger, better, and safer ways.

I understand people.
I'm kind, at work is a prime example, if an old or foreign person comes in and are sturggling to understand, a lot of my co-workers will just say, "its not my job," or, "i dont understand," where as i will try my best to understand what they want and even offer advice on personal things, i'm a bit like a citizens advice counter, i am really good at explaining things to people and talking in a way they understand.
Communication skills basically.
