Left alone again with my thoughts. my family knows how i feel yet they seclude me.
is this the way life is? or maybe im just being hyper sensitive due to the depression. I know its a warning sign if i seclude myself but what is it an invatation when my family does it? |

Love your family. I'm sure this is just hard for them to cope with. Surround yourself with those people that are more understanding and willing to tolerate what you are going through and help you to persevere.
Good luck and best wishes

Maybe try to stay in the same room with them so you don't feel so lonely, like having meals together or watching TV. Depression might make you more sensitive, but you can take charge of this area (seclusion) by just staying out of your room for a time.

Even the most reliable of support systems can have a hint go over their precious little heads! It's not their fault: They're just human sometimes. Lol. You're probably feeling a bit sensitive, but take your alone time to give yourself some personal TLC & use the little time you have with your family for some serious bonding & entertainment to keep your mind off of what's on your mind. : )
