Somtimes I will go through periods when I think I am normal and then fear losing my disability benefits. I would be homeless if I did not recieve my benefits.

I'm not sure what normal is. When I look back my normal life was crazy and I remember hating my life and myself everyday. So now I'm on meds, and feel worthless all the time, so I'm not sure what it is.

Never felt like I fit in & have always had poor social skills. So, no I don't ever feel normal, actually for several reasons.

I often felt worthless after I got sick and could not work anymore. I had a family and kids to raise but I got lucky and got my benefits but I still often feel worthless because I can't work anymore.

I don't know what normal is. I thought I was normal from 1989-94 but my pdoc says I was probably hypomanic the whole time.
Is this drug induced blah or nothingness that I feel right now "normal"? If so, you can keep it.
