to the point where I'm struggling to get ready for work in the morning now I'm sleeping at 12 to 14 hours a day and still have to pull myself out of bed I have a month to pack and move and I can't seem to get going on it. Anyone have an easy way to get moving when they are down

do what needs to be done... and than take some me time. Make yourself to sit with those feelings. I found out that for me they need to be "felt" however I try to fight them.

it passes. Keep that in mind.

You have to force yourself to do things, even though you don't feel like it. Pick one thing to do a day and do it. This will give you the feeling like you accomplished something, no matter how small it is.

Take baby steps everyday. Don't overwhelm yourself with everything that has to be done.

Have all your clothes/ food etc ready for the morning so you don't have to make any decisions in the morning and just have to fall into your clothes and race out the door. as for the packing, break it up into small bits, and write lists of what needs to be done. Just to one bit at a time and you will get through it before you know it.

good luck. Hope you feel better soon.

The best advice I ever got was to just do a little at a time and you will reach your goal.

Haha, yes! Sometimes I will write something down that I've already done, just to be able to cross it off(!)

I have a list that I keep in the bathroom so I see it everyday. It gives me one chore per day so that I keep up on the housework.
