My Pdoc has started on Lamictal and I'm slowly titrating up until I see him. For the 1st week I was on 25mg every other day, then 25mg daily (I'm on currently) then I'll advance to 50 mg daily, then 75mg daily and so on and so forth. He said to stop when I feel good. How do I measure that? Will it be easy to know when I'm good and to stop increasing? What should I use to measure?

You will know. I don't think I can explain how you'll know, but you will. It may take some time with lamictal, so try to be patient.

I don't like to go out in public for long periods of time, I work because I have to and just come home and stay. I have lots of anger issues and quickly become enraged. I don't enjoy most activities.
