You need to find help with medications and therapy. Is there anyone who will be able to help you or support you?

You need to first start by getting a psyhcitrist for you meds or you will keep spinning out of control. Then after that probably a therapist. Is there anyone that can help you get these things started?

Would you like to tell us the story of how you were diagnosed?

And I concur with others. I'm surprised that you have been diagnosed Bipolar but have not been prescribed any medication.

I agree with everyone above - finding a psychiatrist and proper medication is crucial at this point.
