When and what time in central time are bipolar chats if any?

If you click on 'Calendar', all the chats are there. It says there is a Depression and Bipolar chat every Friday but I've never been...Middle of the night for me! So actually for you it might be a Thursday...Check your calendar
 I don't know what central time is.....
