I went to my second bikram yoga class last night, and I feel great. I know it's only my second class but I love it and It's really making me feel good. I also slept like a baby after being in the hot room for 90 min.

It's hard to explain but I just feel a real sense of inner peace and clarity after. I am just really glad I found something that seems to be helping me. I tried the gym many times, but it didn't have that mental part, or intensity that I needed... I just hope this feeling lasts, but I think it will. I even ate after, and that is so good, I have not been eating at all lately. Just want to share, thanks guys.
Thanks for this!

You do breathing exercise and a series of 26 yoga poses in a room that is heated to apx. 105 degrees f for 90 minutes. It's also quite humid in the room. The place I am going has pretty dim lighting so you can really just focus.
Thanks for this!
