Hi All,
I just read on the net about some reasearches on omega3 fish oil on depressive phases in bipolar. Researches showed result were quite positive. Does anyone has more information on this? or has anyone tried this ? |

My old pdoc told me about this, so I take 2 capsules every morning on a full stomach. I have no idea if it works or not, but the research shows it definitely does help with people who have BP Disorder.

It did absolutely nothing for me, but I am glad to hear others have had positive experiences.

I take 1 super strength capsule morning and night - but thats probably not enough. The studies that they have done on it use quite high doses...
I take it just in case it helps...

I'm taking it, along with St. John's Wort, gingko biloba and a multi. Can't say it's hurting, can't say it's helping but I seem to read only positive things about it on the net and it seems to be a useful supplement.
