I have the hardest time completing a project or task, be it at work or home. I can't even get myself to call in a refill on a prescription and them go pick it up. You would think this would be something I could manage to do, since taking my medication should help with all of this. Sometimes I worry that I will lose my dream job, which I just got, because I cannot stay on top of things. I am not a lazy person by any means, but when I need to get things done my head starts spinning and I start to feel overwhelmed. I constantly beat myself up for this and the self loathing I have right now is starting to make me depressed.

I have the same problem.

My boyfriend fills my prescriptions, otherwise I'd never get around to it. I hope you can keep your dream job!

((hugs))

YOU MUST STOP BEATING YOURSELF UP FOR THAT and INSTEAD START BREAKING DOWN PROJECTS INTO DOABLE TASKS. That is the only way to go, there is no other solution. And please start right away, because keeping the dream job is worth it!

Yes, you need to break tasks into small chunks. Write your progress donw on a daily basis in a diary to see how you are doing
