I talked to my Pdoc last week about taking Seroquel xr 300mg every other day instead of daily due to the weight gain ,, 30lbs and regardless of how much I watch and diet the weight keeps on coming so its looking like im dealing with the metabolic syndrome ( oh joy) ..and my blood sugars are spiking and bottoming out , ( i was diabetic when i was pregnant so I know exactly how that feels)

Last nite was my first nite without Seroquel xr ... I slept all of 2 hours and i woke up 4 times during that brief amount of sleep..

Of course today I want to *itch slap the world ..LOL Im tired cranky hurting like hell from our recent cold front ,,its plays hell on my Fibromyalgia ...

Im just hoping that eventually my meds will get straighted out and ill find some even moods instead of the rapid cycling that I have doing practically all my life ,, even tho I was just diagnosed this year at the age of 44 !!
I love my therapist , he really knows what hes doing unlike the others i have seen in the past since my teenage years .. not once was it even considered that i had Bipolar alto looking back I can see it screaming and rearing its ugly head all thru my life .. funny how that happens hindsight is all 20/20 hahaha

I have always had major problems sleeping way back to teenage years .. currently im on Halcion .5mg at nite and last nite they didnt even produce a yawn out of me ..

OK im done with my whine for the day ...I hope everyone is having a nice nite !!
