Sorry you feel this way. I think if you'd like to decorate then you should, regardless what your BF said. He'll like it when he gets home I'm sure. If physical activity is out, then maybe read a book? I personally don't like novels, but read self help and/or spiritual books. Just a thought...

Anika! Sending good thoughts your way and hoping your Saturday is starting out well for you! And on the decorating? Heck yeah! If you want to do it, go for it!

Thank you guys,

A combination of lonely and the weather, I know I have been feeling down lately, tiss the season. I'm feeling sick still today fevery aches chills.

I went and did my bikram this morning but i came away with a terrible headache andva pulled hamstring from Thursday haha oh well. I've stayed in bed on the couch for the day watching Gilmore girls, always makes me smile.

It's so nice to know I have good friends here, especially when I need them. Thanks for all the caring and love.

Sounds like a good idea to have kicked back with shows you enjoy. Hope you are feeling better and that your owies get better quickly. If not, there's nothing wrong with kicking back again to give your body recuperation time!

Thinking of you!

You know what, I did it. Bf comes home tomorrow and I did not fall apart. If anything I am feeling a lot better. I got through the days and I'm ok. I didn't put up decorations, I put it off realizing that I was using it as an avoidance of being with myself and my feelings. And now I feel proud that I didn't fall apart and I didn't extreme self soothe.

Today I went to the health food store and got myself a bunch of yummy living food. I decided to make myself a challenge to eat 75% raw (uncooked) food for 30 days. I eat umm 75% processed food right now, no lie. I feel dead inside no energy, no life, no vitality and I am always sick. I am excited about this and and if I can do 30 days maybe after that I can do 30 more. I can't see how this can't help my mood even just a little. Maybe aid my yoga practice as well. I am sick of being sick mentally and physically, it is time for wellness.
Thanks for this!

Makes absolute sense to me (who also gets lost in Gilmore Girls sometimes ). I have a minimum of 60% unprocessed food & it's made a huge difference. I cheer you on in your efforts!

& cheers for coming thru the weekend on top, not just crawling along barely making it. You've learned a thing or two about yourself I think & it's all good!

Anika. Have a great week!
