So I here I am at 3 am, cleaning everything in site....took my seroquel over an hour ago and usually knocked out instantly....not sleeping always triggers it/is a sign I'm going into mania. I really hope I'm not spinning out of control again, but I've been so depressed for the last four months it would almost be a welcome change to have some energy and happiness. But I know thats the bp talking...go to the doctor tomorrow anyway so hopefully we can get on track. *sigh* Here's to hoping......

Good, i think it's good you're going to talk to your pdoc about this.

You probably have more adjusting of your meds to do if you are still going up and down mood wise.
