This is a: do you experience this or is it just me.
I notice that when I'm going through episodes like I am right now, I get pressure in my head. I have low blood pressure always, and it isn't a sinus pressure. It sort of feels like my brain is too big for my skull, but mostly like my brain is pushing forward on my forehead. It only happens when I'm having episodes of depression or mania or both. Has anyone else noticed something like that? ![]()

The top of my head (like "around" my brain, where a baseball cap would be worn) feels cold (in a weird way, like from the inside out) when I have too much prozac.

That's good to know but I'm currently not on meds.

I have had that feeling where my head feels out of proportion or, like you said, my brain is too big for my head. But for me, it comes with a feeling that I don't know if it's normal or what. I've had this randomly since I was a kid. My head would start "buzzing", almost like my brain was buzzing, then it felt like the world sped up. People were talking faster, moving faster, as was I. It's like someone hit the fast forward button. Then, after 10 minutes, give or take a few minutes, it would end. Weirdest thing for me anyway.
