Iam just out of the hospital for not taking my meds for 4 months I got a little suicidle and checked myself in. I was there for 4 days and they started me on seroquel 50 mg twice a day also on pain meds, sleep meds, and muscle relaxers its all supposed to help but Im not seeing much of an improvement the only change i see is my hands and feet and legs are swelling alot to the point that movement hurts.I go to a new doc on the 28th and see what he says about everything.Iam trying to stay on a schedule for meals and meds but it seems to take all my energy just to focus on that one simple thing, could someone please tell me how to structure my day so that I can live with this!!!any advice will be appreciated thanks

ivylove, Sorry you are feeling rough, especially around the holidays.

I don't know your sleep schedule but they say keep it the same, sometimes easier said than done...

This is what works, for me, to take meds with three meals & at bedtime. Sounds like I eat alot but lunch is my main meal the rest& bedtime are more like snacks. I have to take some sort of med plus MI meds four times a day, so with a meal keeps me from forgetting& doesn't irritate my stomach.

Sure do hope you get some answers soon & on the road to feeling better.
Don't know if this helped any. Sending good thoughts your way.
