Hi. Welcome. Are you seeing by a dr.? Are you on any meds? I'm sorry its been hard for you lately. I can understand feeling like you've lost your support system and that nobody is there for you.

Welcome , everyone here is supportive and very giving of there experiences. If you do not have a doc, please get one. And if you do maybe talk with your Doc about some of these difficulties that you are going through. I wish you all of the best! Tuti

Jamielow;
So you left your family *wife and kids* because you've been unstable? Left of your own free will and not told to get out?

If you're unable to get the help you need right away and you feel on a downward spiral then I would suggest seeking immediate help right away. E.R. if you have to.
