I don't want anyone to say they wouldn't have BP Disorder.
Since having BP makes us feel things so much more than other people, I would change how I react to situations. I get so wrapped up in people and situations that when they don't work out, I end up feeling really hurt. I guess I would say I would change my impulsivity on how I react to these things and situations. What is One thing you would like to change about yourself.

Just one? I have two.
The one that I most want to change is being overweight - well, technically obese, but I think BMIs are BS because they don't take body structure into account, only height and weight. I'm actually fairly muscular under all that padding.

I would change how negative I am about myself. I can be so nasty and hurtful towards myself. My self esteem/ego is VERY low and I aggravate it even more when I go on my self loathing destructive ways!

I would change how I share. I would find a way to let people know how much I am hurting without making it sound like I already have the solution so I get no answers to my posts. I drive myself nuts with that. I don't know how to not come off sounding like I already know my own answers when I really need support.

I wish that I loved vegetables and fruit and all that vegan junk people eat and that fried and greasy foods were unappealing. I also wish I could be a laid back person instead of a neurotic and anxious one.

I wish that I could be motivated for my own sake instead of the "machine" only powering up for certain missions that often turn out to be suicidal.
For instance, now I would be calling my CPN whom I haven't seen for ages, instead of sitting here thinking about making a bedspread. *sighs and picks up the phone* Thank you, Sunangel... ![]() |

wow, I think everyone already said what I would change...But If I could pick just 1 thing, it would be that I could actually make a decision for myself and stick to it!
