...more or less. I finally saw a psychiatrist through the county for the first time yesterday and got my meds changed up a little bit. He was very warm and empathetic, which helped alleviate a lot of my fears. I also put myself on a leave of absence from my choir until April, so I can save the money in gas while I try to find work and get back on my feet. I didn't go into details on my leave request; thus far the director is the only person in the symphony who knows I have bipolar disorder, so I trust he'll understand why I did what I did.

I just thought I'd let you guys know that I'm still around. It's really hard for me right now to put forth much more effort than reading through posts, but I do care (and hopefully the new stuff I'm on will help me feel less like hiding in a dark hole).

Hope you all are doing well.
