I've realized, that when i work, it sets off a nerve in my shoulder that's very painful. I have been taking Ibuprofen to no avail. When I go home it goes away. I feel like I;m about to loose everything! The pain is awful, it shoots to my neck. Anyone else experience this? I don't know what to do.

Ibuprofen shouldn't be taken if you're on Lithium. It can raise your Lithium level, possibly making it toxic.
Thanks for this!

I had a pinched nerve in my neck that the pain radiated down my shoulder. No amount of pain killers worked. I had to have surgery. I had the surgery on a wednesday and wasback to work on saturday..pain free.

Repetitive motion stress, pinched nerves, poor workspace ergonomics and a number of other physiological issues could be contributing. Sometimes massage therapy and stretching exercises are all you need (oh no, massage therapy, what a burden! ) but sometimes there are things like bursitis causing nerve pinching. I'd suggest seeing a physician.

If it only bothers you at work, that suggests ergonomics, repetitive stress, or plain old tension. Those are also the easiest to deal with at the least cost with the best results. If ergonomics is the issue, your employer may be required to address it (OSHA) with workspace adaptations - some people need standing desks, rubber balls instead of desk chairs, lower keyboard trays, etc.
Thanks for this!
