I have so much to do, but I am rapid cycling between mixed states and depression. I'm in a fog and can't get any work done (again). It's to the point it's affecting me physically- I feel sick to my stomach (when I am in mixed states, I feel hungry and like throwing up at the same time). I want to cry and punch something. I want to sleep and not wake up until it's over. On Friday, I felt good (not really too manic, just good). It was my first good day in a long time. All day yesterday and today has been mostly mixed with some depression. Ugh, I can't think straight for the life of me...

Hi there,

I read you post and can completely sympathize with you completely. I've been in a fog and mixed state for nearly 6 months, and the rapid cycling starting again about 1.5 weeks ago. I hope you find comfort knowing that we are all here for you. I sleep nearly 8hrs a night but still cycle like mad. We're here for you. **Hugs**
