I felt like I was going to die all morning, depression, anxiety, panic. Just sat at my desk at work, trying over and over to do one simple thing. Then this afternoon I felt NORMAL for a few hours. I felt a little bit hypomanic, but it was SO nice. It has been so long since I felt it. I was terrified it would go away, and it did, but I am now terrified the depression will deepen again. I cant go back there. It was killing me.

So, all of these friggin meds, and I got 3 hours of feeling able to cope and live again.

Eeeek! Can you switch jobs. When I started feeling like that I had to get someone in to help me with all my kids. (I have 5 of them.)

No one at work knew I was having trouble today. It's a work at my own pace thing most of the time.
