I'm taking 50 mg of regular Seroquel. I was started on it because I was hearing and seeing things. So far it has helped. However, I'm starting to see things again. For example, the other night I was sitting in the bedroom talking on the phone and saw a gray and black tabby cat jump out of our dog's crate. We don't have a cat period. I saw a man in black pants and black shoes run around the corner of the bathroom and disappear into the wall. I'm hearing things from time to time, mainly children laughing, a man talking and bells.

Is this a sign that the Seroquel needs to be increased again? My psych told me to increase it if I feel like it's needed and to call if I do.

Yes, unless it doesn't bother you that you're seeing and hearing things.

Yup, definite increase time. Especially if you don't like cats.
Seriously, if you are having hallucinations so vivid that you can describe what the guy is wearing, and what color the cat was, as well as auditory hallucinations, you do need to increase the medication.

That's what I figured. I'm going to call tomorrow to give her a heads up and then I'll increase it tomorrow night. She told she thought I would end up having to take 100 mg so it won't be a surprise.
