Because of a rash on my face, I cut my lamictal in half last week. Thought my pdoc/T was going to freak, as i didn't give her any notice that I was doing it. Instead, she gave me instructions on how to get the rest of the way off, and suggested SAMe to go along with my antidepressant.

Has anyone else used this stuff, and how did it work for you?

Thanks!
