I was going to post and ask how this works... like what do people usually post about. If this was to share what I'm feeling and what's going on in daily life... or if it's usually about the effects that I see with myself.. or what not. Maybe I'll just ask on this thread, if that's okay. I don't think I can handle someone telling me negative things right now. I hope this is okay with the three of you. You seem really nice.

We share pretty much everything here, the most dominant being coping with bp symptoms, full blown episodes and hospitalization. Sometimes we rant, rave, vent, cry, look for understanding or just catch up. We ask for feedback on anything from meds to divulging our dx

Really depends on the individual, and what they're looking for, oh and we're expert at giving hugs. I hope this thread doesn't put you off, most of us are decent folk.
