i feel cold, frightened, distressed, the walls are moving, i can't stop shaking and i feel like i can't breathe. it feels like the world im in isnt real but i dont know how to prove.there's something ominous in the atmosphere. i am making french toast now.
what do i do? ![]()

sorry you're going through this. i feel that way too sometimes i guess it's the mixed state cuz you're depressed/pending doom along with mania or hypo-mania/racing thoughts, crawl out of your skin feeling. it's the worst feeling having both at same time. i don't know any easy answer. i usually end up pacing a lot, crying angry, so worried about catastrophies impending. luckily i haven't seriously hurt myself, please don't hurt yourself!!
my pdoc tells me to watch out for catastrophic thinking. and she is right because we need to make calm rational decisions and be able to look at things from different perspectives. especially if some disaster happens, we need to be on the ball. just try to notice your thoughts and let them pass through you. this might be silly, but i made a new voice in my head who is the boss lady. she tells me we can do this, we will find an answer, this will pass so we can get back to business. french toast sounds yummy btw ![]() |
