That's a good motto. I also like Be still and know that I am... it is actually a Bible verse that ends in God... But I like it both ways. When it ends with I am it can refer to me too.

I like both of those. Close to " be here now ".

I need to keep practicing my mindfulness. I was getting better but lately I've been slacking off and it's showing, as I've been extremely anxious all week.

Having major issues with guilt and self forgiveness and moving past things I regret. For now I'm concentrating on "I am not my illness. I am not my past."
