Do you have a urinary tract infection? Check your temp just to be sure it's not elevated. Physical illness always throws me for a loop.

No infection, went to bed soooooooo late. I can't get out now but I'm content maybe even a bit sad because work starts again tomorrow and then it's leaving baby at home during the day. Seeing the T tomorrow though Pdoc only on 16 May (he only comes to town once a month)

Too much coffee plus being happy that you're not at work and home?

No caffiene consumed, maybe just a brief happy because yesterday I felt tired, my lymph nodes under my arm are so swollen and it happened so quick. I can barely lift my arm. Seeing GP and then T today only.

Sounds manic to me. Sometimes I get that climbing the walls feeling like I just have to move or I will simply burst. It's very uncomfortable and I hate it. It's like te fight or flight response in over drive. Call your doc.
