I sleep lots. I go to bed between 8:30pm and 12pm and wake up at 7am. I go to bed early when I'm bored or lonely. I use sleep as a way to withdraw from the depression. I don't always go to sleep when I go to bed, often I'll play on the net or read a book.

I go to sleep at 7:30pm and wake about 6:30am. Although I have Narcolepsy, a sleep disorder that affects my sleep cycles. To give you an idea of what this means, during my sleep study I woke 63 times during the night, but didn't remember waking once.

Right now I usually go to bed between 9 and 10 pm after taking enough meds to knock out a horse for the duration. I usually wake up about 1 am, go back to sleep for a little while, then give in and just get up for the day about 3 am. If I'm extremely lucky, like I was today, I can actually sleep in some. Didn't get up till after 7 am today - minor miracle.

I try to go to bed around 9:00-10:00 but am still awake until 11:00-12:00 usually, and wake up between 5:00 - 6:00 like clockwork no matter what time I fall asleep this time of year. Despite darkening the windows so that when the sun is up, so am I. Frustrates me to no end.

During the week I go to bed about 10 pm and wake up at 6:30 am. On the weekends I might stay up until 12 am and wake up around 7 am. If I could sleep anytime I wanted I would switch my days to nights but we all know that is not good for people with this disorder or my marriage for that matter..LOL
Thanks for this!
