So Im back to this whole spring fever type ******** game but yet its not ******** because it feels FAN-FREAKING-TASTIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Excessive explanations marks are never a bad thing...anyways....I am sorta excited right now. So ya last year I went thru some stress blah blah blah and ended up on a freaking gooder for over a months and it was really fun....manic I am pretty sure...before that 3 yrs ago ended up with a pretty down time full of self loathing and whining and blah blah blah...anyways sorry kinda rambling. Both times before things went sour I ended up with ink on my skin and holes in my face. I liked it....I want more right now. can anyone relate to this?? Like that need to change? I mean I am awesome the way I am but that is mostly with my talking, but physical appearances can always be better right? Its not a vain thing just a unique spicing up. I forget my question but can anyone relate to this?

Feeling FAN-FREAKING-TASTIC and allowing yourself to go overboard will have the rubber band affect, and could (probably) through you into deep depression. Personally I try to get something out of the mania, after all it's nearly the only time I do feel excited about life but I remember all too well the consequences of hypomania so I try self-control whenever possible.

WOW, can I relate to you. Spring time brings hypo to the 100 degree with me.

I got a tattoo on my upper arm of my dog. Whenever I am hypo, I do things to my physical appearance also. I just cannot help myself. I have an appt.to get another one in early June.

Spring time is WEEEEEEEEEE!!!!! for me too.

I assume ink on your skin is a tattoo, but what do you mean by holes in your face?
My advice, keep the tats out of sight, so you are not advertising to the world that you love whatever, and the holes out of your body until you come down from this high. On one of my days of lesser discretion I had a 4 leaf shamrock tatted on the front of my arm in memory of my Mom. I can no longer wear formal wear that's white or spaghetti strapped, tank tops in public, etc. On another day I had a rather large BuggsBunny tatted on my back, with the words "What's up Doc?". He shows up quite well in my bathing suit.

Think twice before you tat or poke holes in you when you are high. They don't wear off.
